It stops after weeks of numbers that were already telling you something. Nobody was reading them the same way, or reading them at all.
_ What's inside
Power draw, condenser, temperatures, alarms, safety valve seals: where a fault starts long before anyone hears it.
Each check comes with the instrument to use and the value that should worry you. Numbers, not vague instructions.
Weekly, monthly, six-monthly, yearly. Your whole preventive plan on one A4 sheet: what to do, and when.
Big type, tick boxes you can fill in with a pen. Works on paper or on a tablet, offline, no sign-up.
_ Why it works
Head pressure creeping up, COP creeping down, an alarm that keeps coming back: you catch the numbers before the chiller stops.
An emergency call-out on a chiller costs many times more than a scheduled check, and that's before you count the product at risk.
Everyone works through the same 25 items with the same limits. Put March next to September and the trend is right there.
_ How it works
Name, work email, company, sector. We ask for your sector so we know what kind of machines you run. That's all we use it for.
One confirmation email, one click, and it's in your inbox: ready to print on A4 or open on a tablet. No app, no account.
25 items, each with its instrument and its limit. From the second visit on you have a trend, not just a reading.

_ FAQ
Yes. It's the same checklist we use with our own customers; we've simply opened it up to anyone who works with industrial refrigeration. No cost, no sales call. If you ever need a hand with a chiller, you'll know where to find us.
It's written for vapour-compression chillers with screw or scroll compressors. The same checks (evaporating and condensing temperatures, superheat, subcooling, current draw) apply to multi-compressor units and water-to-water machines. On transcritical CO₂ and ammonia some of the limits are different.
Eight to twelve minutes per chiller, once you know where to find each parameter on the controller. Allow twenty the first time, while you get your bearings on the machine.
Yes, go ahead. Print it, put it in your CMMS, attach it to the service report. The only thing we ask is that you don't resell it.
